3 tips for losing weight naturallyAll over the world millions of people try to overcome the effects of overweight. Wherever you turn around you can see all kind of expensive diets and fitness programs that work for Hollywood stars. But who has four or five hours a day to work out? Who can afford a personal trainer several times a week? And who has the luxury of their own personal adviser on calorie content and smart food choices? I am afraid that not many people.

However, there are a lot of ways of losing weight naturally, a lot of exercises that you can make without a personal trainer, but, because they are costless and nobody makes money comercializing them, you can not see them in TV shows, in magazines, nowhere. Every business has it’s show and it’s budget, and, if there is nothing to earn, the effort doesn’t worth. Here are three tips on losing weight naturally that you can apply immediately:

1. Change your eating style and schedule. Eat less quantities of food more offen. The ideal schedule is six meals per day for men and five meals per day for women. Make it in small portions, so the stomach will be able to asimilate the food easy.

2. Put the accent on fresh vegetables and fruits, but do not neglect the meat and fish. Your body needs all kind of proteins, minerals and fats, and you can not find them in only one kind of food. Make your meals as variate as possible, but make it healthy. A grill is always more healthy than fried meat, for instance. Stay away from fast food and drink plenty of water and herbal teas.

3. Make daily exercise. You don’t have to go to gym or fitness clubs for that. Any movement is welcome. Walk as much as you can, run if you can, swim, climb stairs, ride a bike, everything you can do and you have time yo do. A minimum of 30 minutes of exercise is welcome daily.

The main condition to control your weight is to maintain a balance between the intaken and the outtaken calories. By eliminating more calories than you take, you will automatically lose weight, and by making exercise, you gain muscle instead of fat. It is a slow process but a healthy and permanent one.
